HR Generalist

Role Overview
We are seeking a HR Generalist with strong expertise in payroll management, recruitment, DOLE regulations, and HR management systems. This role will support Nexora HR’s internal operations while directly serving client accounts, ensuring their HR processes are compliant, efficient, and strategically aligned.
Key Responsibilities
Client-Facing Support
Act as the primary HR contact for assigned client accounts, delivering outsourced HR services with professionalism and compliance rigor.
Manage client payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with government-mandated contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and tax regulations.
Support client recruitment needs, from sourcing to onboarding, aligned with their workforce requirements.
Provide consultation on DOLE regulations, labor law updates, and compliance risks tailored to client industries.
Implement and train client teams on HRIS platforms, recommending scalable digital solutions for efficiency.
Internal HR Operations
Oversee Nexora HR’s own payroll, recruitment, and compliance processes.
Maintain and optimize HRIS/HR software for both internal and client accounts.
Collaborate with Nexora HR leadership to refine service packages and operational flows.
Contribute to policy development and process improvement for scalable outsourcing solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 3–5 years of HR experience, with strong background in payroll and recruitment.
In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws and DOLE regulations.
Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (open-source and SaaS) for payroll, attendance, and employee records.
Strong client-facing communication skills, able to manage multiple accounts with professionalism.
Ability to balance internal HR responsibilities with outsourced client service delivery.
Must be residing or near: Olongapo City, Subic, or Castillejos
