We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales & Business Development Officer to develop new business opportunities within the Greater Manila Area and nearby provinces, including Bulacan, Rizal, and Laguna. The role will focus on strengthening our market presence, acquiring new clients, and building long-term business relationships.

This role is ideal for a sales professional with experience in B2B client acquisition and a strong understanding of HR consulting, outsourced services, recruitment support, or professional services.

What You'll Do

• Identify and acquire clients through prospecting, cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.

• Present HR solutions and tailored proposals to meet client needs.

• Build strong client relationships with HR managers, business owners, and key decision-makers.

• Manage the sales pipeline by tracking leads, following up consistently, and converting opportunities into revenue.

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to Nexora HR’s business growth.

What We're Looking For

• 2–3 years of B2B sales or business development experience

• Background in manpower, recruitment, HR outsourcing, or consultancy

• Strong professional network in Metro Manila and the ability to engage with key decision-makers

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in client acquisition

• Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and LinkedIn
