About the Role
Nexora HR is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Specialist to join our pioneer team. This role is ideal for a finance professional with a strong background in service-oriented businesses, Philippine taxation, financial reporting, and accounting operations. You will play a key role in establishing efficient accounting processes, ensuring compliance, and providing accurate financial insights to support our growing business.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance and account reconciliations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions and maintain organized accounting records.
Prepare and process client invoices, monitor collections, and reconcile accounts receivable.
Manage accounts payable and ensure timely processing of supplier payments.
Prepare and file tax returns while ensuring compliance with Philippine tax laws and BIR regulations.
Assist in budgeting, financial forecasting, and cash flow monitoring.
Coordinate with external auditors and prepare audit schedules and supporting documents.
Support payroll accounting by reviewing payroll reports and recording payroll-related transactions.
Recommend and implement improvements to accounting processes, internal controls, and financial reporting.
Maintain confidentiality of financial information and ensure compliance with company policies.
Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or a related field.
CPA license is an advantage but not required.
At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a service- oriented business.
Strong knowledge of Philippine taxation, BIR compliance, and financial reporting.
Experience in preparing Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet, and other financial reports.
Experience handling invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and audit preparation.
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books, or similar) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail, integrity, and ability to manage confidential financial information.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced and growing environment.

About the Role
Nexora HR is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Associate to support our HR consulting and outsourcing services. In this role, you will work with multiple client accounts, assisting in recruitment, HR administration, payroll support, compliance, and employee services. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to gain broad HR experience in a fast-growing HR consultancy.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, HR forms, and other employment documents.
Maintain accurate employee records and digital HR files.
Support payroll by validating attendance, leaves, overtime, and timekeeping records.
Assist in the administration of SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR requirements.
Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
Respond to employee and client HR inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Assist in implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws.
Generate HR reports, trackers, and documentation for clients.
Update and maintain HRIS and employee databases.
Support performance evaluation and employee engagement initiatives.
Assist in preparing HR proposals, service agreements, and client documentation when required.
Coordinate with clients to ensure timely delivery of HR services.
Participate in HR process improvement and special projects.
Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 1–2 years of HR experience is preferred; fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
Knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and statutory government benefits is an advantage.
Experience in recruitment, HR administration, payroll, or employee relations is preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
Experience using HRIS or payroll systems is an advantage.
Able to manage multiple tasks and client accounts in a fast-paced environment.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
